My healing journey after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2012, led me to a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of nurturing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Group Coaching Sessions

Join our 8-week online live Zoom course, where we will explore different topics with group activities including sleep hygiene, movement and exercise, mindful eating, self-care, managing stress, and creating resiliency. Grow and learn from others looking to improve their health and wellness too.
